SACS Mater Virtual Academy (MVA) is accredited as a school by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS). MVA is also part of the Mater Academy school system, which is accredited as a district by SACS.

Mater Virtual Academy’s courses are approved by the NCAA since MVA uses NCAA approved Florida Virtual School Courses.
