Liahona provides your child with an accredited education that works with your schedule. Our distance education options give parents the ability to provide their children with an accredited, LDS-based education that helps prepare them for college, missions, and success in life.

We offer a fully accredited track through AdvancEd, a home school track or a combination of the two tracks. Our motivating teachers are well-qualified in their subjects and strive to provide a classical academic base, instill a love of learning, integrate revealed gospel principles with secular subjects, and encourage patriotism.

Grades 5-6 Courses Liahonas 5th and 6th grade class introduces the students to the power of Restoration Education. We discuss the gospel principles throughout the day by firstly, copying scriptures from the board and discussing their meaning to life then and now. Students are taught effective and organized writing with emphasis on higher thinking skills and grammar. With the addition of hands-on activities and fun art projects they master skills and gain a knowledge base that will benefit them throughout their future learning.
Grades 7-12 Courses Liahona Preparatory Academy offers accredited Grades 7-12 courses online. Difficulty and content increases as students move through one four year rotation to the next. For example: the subject for a student's 7th grade History class may be the same as their 11th-grade year but the content and difficulty will be completely different. Subjects offered are Science, Language Arts, History etc.
