Some of the features of the Insight curriculum include: Interactive elements (flash tutorials, whiteboard illustrations, practice games, and videos) help keep students engaged and motivated to learn Engaging interactive content and flash tutorials to illustrate and explain the toughest concepts Opportunities to use visual, kinesthetic, and auditory learning to help students who have different learning styles Basic-level courses that include audio as well as support for English Language Learners, vocabulary lists, tutorials, and games Easy-to-navigate online content, including summaries and reviews, with more time and effort spent on the hardest, most important topics and skills

Northwest Accreditation Commission Insight School of Washington is accredited as a private high school by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), a division of AdvancED. The Insight School of Washington is authorized by the Quillayute Valley School District.

Specialities

the Individualized Learning Plan captures course plans, personal interests and a student’s college and career aspirations. For a struggling student, the ILP takes on even greater importance.

Credit Recovery courses allow students to concentrate on courses in a condensed schedule (typically a nine week period). Often, coursework can be worked on during an extended class session and real-time coursework help can be offered.
