Beacon Academy is a fully accredited, online/blended, tuition-free, diploma-granting state public charter school serving students in grades 9 – 12. Online access to courses is available 24 hours a day. Highly qualified teachers provide individualized and small group instruction face-to-face on campus and online. A variety of student and family social and emotional support services are available.

Beacon Academy of Nevada is dedicated to providing a safe, distraction-free, flexible option for credit deficient students to earn a high school diploma utilizing a blended learning model. The programs are personalized to meet students’ individual academic needs and are available to those who meet Nevada’s alternative education requirements. The self-paced learning environment motivates students to re-engage in school, and it provides them with an education that will prepare them for future successes in college and career.

Dual enrollment programs are an opportunity for juniors and seniors to enroll in college courses and earn college and high school credit (dual-credit) in the core and elective subjects. Students have the opportunity to enroll and attend face-to-face or online classes from Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), College of Southern Nevada (CSN) and Nevada State College (NSC).
